Coils and Sheets:
-Cold rolled steel (CRC): Cold rolled sheet products have been available for years, and successfully used for a multitude of applications. Today’s cold rolled sheet products are much improved over those used in the past. They offer better control of thickness, shape, width, surface finish, and other special quality features
that complement the emerging need for highly engineered end use applications. Cold rolled sheet products are used in a wide variety of end applications such as appliances – refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other small appliances, automobiles – exposed as well as unexposed parts, electric motors, and bathtubs. Cold
rolled sheet products are used in these and many other areas of manufacturing. To meet the various end use requirements, cold-rolled sheet products are metallurgically designed to provide specific attributes such as high formability, deep drawability, high strength, high dent resistance, good magnetic properties, enamel ability, and paint ability.
- length: 600-2000mm
- Thickness: 2-3mm
- Width: in the form of coils or cut
- Standard : DIN 1623- JIS G3141- EN 10130-EN 10131 – ASTM A568
- Grade: SPCC, SPCD, SPCE- SAPH370, SAPH400, SAPH440, St12 – St37.
- Quality: Commercial Quality (QC), Draw Quality (DQ), Deep Draw Quality (DDQ)
- Usage : appliances, Barrels, Pipes, Agricultural implements, Industrial applications
-Hot rolled steel in coils (HRC&HRP): Hot-rolled coil is made by continuously rolling the slab, after heating the slab in the reheating furnace, by the roughing mill and finishing mill, and coiled for an easier transportation. The hot rolling process reduces the thickness to between 2mm and 50mm. Once cooled the plate is cut to length and the coil is sold or further processed through the cold rolling mills. Hot rolled steel is produced in a number of grades each designed to be used in a range of applications like;
Agricultural equipment, Automotive components, Construction and building components, Domestic appliances, Electrical goods, Infrastructure and street furniture, Pressure vessels and boilers
Ship plate, Trucks and trailers, Tubes and sections, Lifting and excavating equipment.
- Thickness: 1.5-25 mm
- Length: Coil
- Width: 1000-2200 mm
- Grade: SPHC-SAE1006 -JIS -EN10025
-Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel: GULFCON corporation provides Hot Dip Galvanized Steel with a range of thickness from 0.40 mm up to 3.00 mm. Materials are either supplied as mother coils, or provided after slitting and cut-to-length processes according to our customers’ demands.
SERVICES:
With our high stock capacity, broad logistics network, and our advanced technology machine park, it is strongly declared that the most sensitive coil slitting and cut-to-length products which are needed in manufacturing industries are offered by GULFCON.
These coil slitting and cut–to–length products are used for thermal devices, perforated sheet and connecting metal fittings, and most of the industrial electrical motors.

Rock phosphate, or phosphorite, is mined from clay deposits that contain phosphorus and is used to make organic phosphate fertilizers that many gardeners utilize.
Wire insulations:
Wire enamels are coatings that are essential for electrical insulation in electrical motors, generators and transformers. It can be a challenge to find the right product for the right application, but GULFCON can help. The extensive portfolio of high-quality wire enamels has been specially designed to meet customers’ needs, and meet international standards. The products address the specific needs of special wire properties, and those of sophisticated enameling technology production processes.
GULFCON’s wire enamels are used on a wide variety of conductor applications. Everything from fine wires for miniaturized electronic components, and thick round or rectangular wires for large motors, to small electric motors and large generators and transformers. GULFCON corporate and the world’s most important companies are in cooperation to build a better manufacturer-consumer exchange circle.

Normal Paraffin
Normal Paraffin Specification
Normal Paraffin is the major raw material for the manufacture of LAB. Normal Paraffin is extracted from kerosene which contains an average of 20/25% paraffin and therefore is generally produced close to a refinery as the kerosene, free of the paraffin removed has to be returned to the refinery. Over 80% of Normal Paraffin is used for production of LAB the remaining N-Paraffin may be further processed to obtain special solvents used for various industrial applications including synthetic resins, paints and varnishes, degreasing agents and printing inks.
Normal paraffin operate as a dissolver in industrial for producing polymers and resins, colors, artistic coverings and grease polisher.

Customers of HAB typically use the product for manufacture of Lube oils, Thermic fluids, Refrigeration oils, Textile auxiliaries, Electrical oils, Plasticizers and specialty oils.
Major Applications of Heavy Alkyl Benzene (HAB)
Heavy Alkyl Benzene is synthetic lubricant base oil with superior oxidation stability, thermal stability, low-temperature fluidity and applies to refrigerating machine oil, electrical insulation oil and heat transfer oil (Thermic fluids).
